AlliedSignal/DCH Technology Sign Agreement, DCH Set To Unveil PEM Stacks. AlliedSignal and DCH Technology have signed a multi-year Strategic Alliance Agreement in the areas of gas sensors, control electronics and hydrogen energy technologies. Under the agreement, AlliedSignal will develop aerospace systems, including hydrogen powered vessels, integrating DCH's gas sensors and PEM fuel cells. DCH will be unveiling its PEM fuel cell stacks at the National Hydrogen Convention April 7-9 in Virginia. The technology was developed in cooperation with Los Alamos National Laboratory and the U.S. Department of Energy.
