and ECommerce Company

PEARL RIVER, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 14, 1999-- Frontline
Communications Corp., (NASDAQ:FCCN - news) announced today that it has
entered into a letter of intent to acquire WebPrime, Inc., a Web design
and development company serving numerous Fortune 500 Companies.
Frontline President and CEO, Stephen J. Cole-Hatchard, stated that
WebPrime would become a Frontline subsidiary and lead Frontline's Web
services division, offering Frontline clients Web design, development,
and Ecommerce solutions. The acquisition is subject to the parties'
satisfactory completion of due diligence.

businesses.'' Cole-Hatchard said. ''By acquiring WebPrime, we will
provide our clients with the ability to design and develop full
function, cutting edge Web sites.'' WebPrime is expected to
