If this post is for real (sounds more like the fictional stuff of the last weeks!) this is a winning strategy. Even I would consider it living out in the boondocks with no hope for ISDN, CABLE or even DSL... I suspect it may take some time to be recognized as a great solution, so the inertia will be hard to overcome, but if really advertized well it could be a dominant winner during the Fall holiday season...
