All Communications Receives $3.7 Million in Contracts

HILLSIDE, N.J., April 14 /PRNewswire/ -- All Communications Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: ACUC; Warrants: ACUCW)
(http://www.allcommunications.com) today said it has received $3.7 million in contracts to supply voice and videoconferencing systems to new and existing
customers in the healthcare and telecommunications sectors.

System orders designated in the contract are scheduled to be completed by September 30th. All Communications will install, service and integrate the systems, which
are manufactured by Lucent and Polycom.

Richard Reiss, President and CEO, said the contracts ''significantly strengthen All Communications' recognition in the healthcare and telecommunications markets''
and move the company ''several steps closer to becoming one of the nation's leading total-solution providers for voice and videoconferencing systems in the
commercial and industrial markets.''

Mr. Reiss said he expected to be announcing additional contracts and purchase orders for voice and videoconferencing systems ''in the near future.''

All Communications Corporation provides turnkey integrated voice, video and structured cable solutions to customers by selling, installing and servicing these
communications systems for the commercial, industrial and government marketplace. All Communications has sales and marketing agreements with Polycom, Lucent,
