(Nasdaq: CNKT - news) today announced the appointment of Joseph E. Bentzel as Vice President of Marketing & eServices and the departure of its Chief Financial Officer, Greigory Park.

Mr. Bentzel has been in the computer and communications industry for 21 years including AT&T's early experiments with online interactive services, and as Director of Marketing for PC graphics chip pioneer Tseng Labs (now ATI). Since September 1998, he has served as a consultant to Connectinc.com, assisting with the company's business
repositioning as a Java developer, IBM partner, and vertical portal solutions company. He has also consulted with Web integration service providers, including Netlan Interactive (www.netlan.com), a ConnectInc.com Master Affinity Partner in New York.
