There seems to be a group of people roving the web promo-ing this
one, but they don't seem to be able to answer any of those basic
questions like "Where is the company?" What is their phone number?"

I emailed the webmaster at the IVPTECH.COM domain, and never got
any reply at all.

This one may be real, but certainly has all the earmarks of a P&D.

I'll watch from here, thanks...
