FLBK - well, I tried to short at 42 1/2, 39 1/2, and then Dreyfus cancelled the order: no shares. I also had a BOX order ready to release if it even smelled of going higher. If I can get shares, I'll try again tomorrow. Dreyfus doesn't refresh their share availability intraday. If you can't get them in the AM, you're out of luck all day, even if you cover and want to re-short.
