All this CYOE information is of no importance to me. I'm sure it's relevant in some way to many, but all I pointed out was that the retirement of Slevin's was planned for years.

It should be rather obvious.

Ken Pontikes died and Nick Pontikes was left controlling over 25% of the stock. If you look at Pontikes' climb up the corporate ladder it can be seen that he was being groomed for years to step in, effecting a rather seamless change.

What I am pointing out, is Coyote or no Coyote the retirement was a done deal years ago. I know this for a fact but as I say, if you looked at the ascent of Pontikes plus took into account his majority control you would have seen it coming quite some time ago.

My relationship to Slevin is of no importance; other than a few thousand shares of stock that I have for well over 10 years I have no other interest in the company nor have I now or in the past any information of a material nature

EDIT Go eat a bug? Look as long as you can't control yourself I won't bother to respond any longer.
