ARTT. . .remember my original presentation. . I said that with Lucent as a parent, I was predicting a string of news, one after another as they expand their market. . . Norway is just the beginning. ARTT is coming back down at this moment, since this news was not embraced. . .may give us another chance at buying under 13.
