Outstanding is 100M. Float is ridiculously small 2.5M. Bankers and Insiders hold the remaining 97.5M shares. They've indicated no R/S. Filings coming out by the end of the month. Some kind of deal's in the works, but I can't get any details. It's moving on 5K buys.
