1997--Riosun Resources (VSE RSR., NASDAQ RRSCF.) RIOSUN
RESOURCES CORPORATION (the "Company") is pleased to announce that
we have entered into an agreement to acquire 80 percent of the
right to mine the mineral property immediately north of the Eximad
Toby Stevens Emerald property.
The intent of the acquisition is to increase the
Company's holdings along the mineralized strike zone running
through the Toby Stevens Eximad Emerald property.
RIOSUN RESOURCES CORPORATION currently has two engineers
and a geologist assessing the reopening of the Toby Stevens Eximad
Emerald mine.
