Hi Mike,

I have considered buying but it would seem CDCH share price will go down once MDIN transfers x millions shares (to pay MDIN shareholders a dividend) and the remaining land into CDCH.

Am I looking at this wrong?

CDCH is a shell but obviously has some present shareholders. How are they protected from the dilution of additional shares?
