Photoman, The restructuring charge was not for the change in accounting related to distributors. It is for the plant in Scotland, a reorganization of the customer support function and other costs. The change in revenue recognition will reduce next quarters earnings by delaying revenue recognition until sell-through. This is conservative and less subject to screw-ups. The decrease in revenues from drives related to this change is supposed to be offset by an increase in volume per the call. Scott.
