IMHO, a takeover could abbreviate OMKT's potential as a stock right now. They're getting their "CommerceTone" fingers into everybody's pies right now. Getting picked off by Lycos or some other brand could marginalize their effort in some respects. These guys should be like Cisco in that they sell arms to everybody, not just certain branded players. The telcos kill each other, merge, splurge - whatever - and CSCO continues its move. I'd like to see a similar strategy take place here, if Eichorn can execute on the block and tackle stuff, like SALES. That's my big question... FWIW, Rob
