I heard the auto deal will be completed next week. Earnings
and spinoff (with a real record date) to be announced in next
2-3weeks.

There should be plenty of news, at least for saratoga, in the
next month.

Man, wouldn't it be nice to see the Stock go up and break
$2 bucks. It seems DeliKing alone is worth $1.
It would seem the higher it goes before the spinoff, the
better off both stocks will fare after the spinoff.

Hey, who knows, I've owned Saratoga for well over
a year, maybe it's true "good things come to those who wait".
