Daniel, Probably the Chinese have not spent much effort in conventional weapons buildup because they are concentrating on improving their nuclear arsenal. It didn't hurt to get small MIRV tech- nology from Los Alamos, and the ICBM guidance system from that Hughes/Loral rocket. Gotta thank old Bubba for the help. In fact they did, didn't they? Contributed money to his campaign. In fact, they were able to get old Johnny Huang a "Top Secret" security clearance when he worked for the Department of Commerce. Seems he was able to view numerous "Top Secret" documents while on the job. Hmmm...I wonder why he wanted to see those things??? -John
