Usually when I buy a 1 dollar stock, yes. At the least. There are ones to buy all the time, ONSS I posted on another thread near the 1 level, now it is breaking out. PARA is another one with huge upside, last time I owned it it went from 1.50 to over 8 in 24 hours.
