Mama a careful reading of the opuinion shows that you cited a newspaper situation, which is very liberal. Even so , it points out that true opinions can be found actionable. They give a great example. If you tell the truth, but don't include all the relevant facts, it can be libel. I rest my case. Oh, yes--about that "stupid" comment from The Street. Do you think it's TRUTHFUL? Let's worry about CYOE.
