RE:"this russell 2000 chart with the 200 and 50 days moving average shows that the 50 and the 200 days ma have now come together with the 50 days moving average line declining..question. is it cross-over time????"... Notice that the RUT is above both the 200 and 50 day smas. This is very positive. When the moving averages turn positive it's even more bullish. Rollin' rollin' rollin', keep them doggies moving...
