RE:AFCI

MY OPINION ONLY, take it FWIW

Well, I am quite new to Level II, but on daily charts as well as intraday charts, when there is high volume on no movement at a new high congestion area, it generally means distribution is taking place, and you would expect to see the price go lower. High volume at a new low congestion area means accumulation, and you would expect to see the price go higher. This is by no means a perfect signal, and other things should be considered as well.

Right now, AFCI is hovering. Sure has to break that $10 area on good volume in order to stick up there. But here we stay until that buying comes in. Or selling. Yesterday I saw buying. Today I see selling. The buying yesterday was stronger than the selling that I see so far today. That is an advantage for the longs. But that doesn't mean the selling can't pick up.

That's why I'm a breakout trader.....I wait until it proves itself either way. Right now it's balanced, could go either way.

I know that this post really doesn't say anything...but that's where AFCI is right now.
