Interesting...but I think a spinoff will have to wait until after the infrastucture, that is currently being built, is in place.

Here's the story if you can't use the link
eBoutique's Internet Spinoff?

Electronic Boutique (ELBO) is a national retailer of electronic games. Its primary products are video games and PC entertainment software, video game hardware, PC productivity software and accessories. Electronic Boutique has an e-commerce site at called EBWorld. As an e-commerce play, ELBO has been rather dormant. However, ELBO seems to be making gains. On Tuesday, ELBO gained $1 1/4 or roughly 9% to close at $15 5/8. This may be another Egghead.com (EGGS).

According to sources, StreetQ has learned that investors are accumulating shares of ELBO in anticipation of an e-commerce venture announcement. This would explain the substantial rise in trading volume that ELBO experienced on Tuesday. Volume was up more than 400% at a quarter million shares for the entire day.
