Chuck: I've used it for over 2 years and feel it offers superior value, but has some limitations and drawbacks. Value: Combines technical and fundamental data on 12k stocks + funds and several indices at a cost that blows away valueline & Morningstar. Very good screening capabilities. Easy to use once you get the hang of it. Limitations & drawbacks: Data glitches...prices that are out of whack and render chart useless [$1000 price point on $10 stock blows the scale]..maybe only 1 or 2% of tradables have these, but still too many and they don't get fixed. Can't draw trendlines on charts...this is no metastock or supercharts equivalent..they're working on a technical package to integrate but it ain't ready yet. Customer service and hand holding forgetaboutit, your pretty much on your own..but there's a guide book available to supplement fairly extensive online help. Also forums at web site.
