Fred did you get your Cube proxy yet? Do I vote to keep Don V., Alex B. and Greg R. on the board? Management get the blame but it's the board that left the management in place... On the cover of the annual report: "C-Cube and DiviCom: enabling the era of ubiquitous digital video. Might want to add: for others to capitalize on... Interesting tidbit: They are using 0.22 micron technology with 5 layers of interconnect. (and a wee bit 'o glue)
