Don: For at least the last 13 or so days, the moneyflow on the RUT block trades has been negative--and fairly strong. It is probably around 19 out of the last 20 too. The non-block moneyflow is also generally negative. So in this sense, the RUT is still in a rut. The source for the data is the WSJ-interactive.
