Peter: thanks for your response. Now back to what this thread is supposed to be. Does anyone have any ideas which direction this thing will go as soon as it moves out of this decaying stall? Most companies counteract such decay with PR and major announcements. I see a very static and limited effort to try and shore-up shareholder value by IOM management. Even the tech. analysis thread is somewhat stymied related to the eventual dynamic movement.

Is there data on the mean or median short entry level? If so I would assume their massive exit would be anywhere from 20-40% profit covering. At that point I imagine there will probably be some institutional upgrades and IOM will ascend to a more equitable stock price.
