And ANYONE wonders why lawyers are, collectively, right or wrongly, considered in such a low fashion. They can't/won't police their own. Took what is apparently some of the finest legal minds in Chicago SEVEN (7) lonely years to extract their pound of of flesh, well, $40-some million, if that's a pound. No wonder few hi-tech companies will counter-sue...just pay the "gentlemen" off and try to make it up in profits later.
