Wow! anyone see this? Bloomberg suing the POSTERS on Yahoo! and SI who reposted links to what was later determined to be a bogus Bloomberg report on a PAIR buyout. Message 8912578 How can we repost ANYTHING anymore without risk of being sued if it will later be found bogus? Being the author is one thing. Being sued for reposting before something is determined to be bogus or fraudulent is quite another. Comments?
