NorStar Forms Subsidiary...Vee Are City.Com, Inc.

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 14, 1999--NorStar Group, Inc. (OTC BB:NSTG), announced today that it has formed Vee Are City.Com, Inc., a corporation.
Vee Are City.Com, Inc., is a wholly owned subsidiary of NorStar Group, Inc., and will operate as the management, sales and development company for VeeAreCity.com. All technical, management, operational, and sales personnel are being assigned to Vee Are City.Com, Inc.
NorStar believes it will be able to post VeeAreCity.com's URL by the end of this week. VeeAreCity.com's announcement page should be ready by April 19, 1999, as scheduled. As previously announced, the completed VeeAreCity.com site will feature:
