I guess I was on the right track with HRS: Moody's Investors Service placed the long term ratings of Harris Corporation under review for possible downgrade following its announcement today that the company's board of directors has approved a plan to spin off its Lanier Worldwide copying subsidiary in a tax free transaction, sell its power semiconductor operations, and restructure its remaining organization to focus, in a more streamlined manner, on the worldwide communications equipment market.
