This is garhage. I have been farting around etrade for three years and this is the worst yet. It hasn't worked for three days. Their three hour warning has now stretched into four and a half. The busy signal on the phone shows how responsive they're willing to be. Obviously, they have found out that customer service isn't worth investing in. One of these days the other brokers will get it together and all this rude treatment will come home to roost for this low class company. Not once in three years have I received a personal apology for their ineptitude. On the other hand I have stuck by Earthlink for years because of their superb customer service and simple politeness. I am offended by etrade's total lack of sensitivity and am writing this for all the fellow investor's who, like me, know they just don't matter.
