The missing piece is - what price will TIPS be at on April 30. The announcement doesn't say that the dividend will be restricted in any way, so you'll be able to cash in on April 30. If the price stays the same - around $4 - $5, then you and we have all made a pile of cash. If it plummets to some small number, we have made a lot less. If TAP is correct, and TIPS gets the "Wall Street Internet Treatment", the price should remain solid. This is REALLY interesting, isn't it. Respectully, SB
