Well, there is a little copyright issue, to boot. When we repost, we are technically violationg the copyright of the original material. Can you be held responsible for violating Bloomberg's copyright for reposting a bogus article? Yeah, I bet you can. To be strictly legal, one should paraphrase an article and offer your own analysis, then provide a link. Takes too long, and the originals are often purged when you want them. Ick. Lawyers. Web
