Here for long term. With revenue of $55 million, current price/sales under 10, MMPT has much upside. George Putnam, editor of The Turnaround Letter, suggests looking at the $200 million debt of DCLK which exceeds revenue by about 2.5 times, with annual interest expense computing to 11.8% of 1998 revenue. MMPT is mentioned in April 12 Fortune as well positioned as "E-Consultant" for strategic services in e-commerce. For example, MMPT is the lead designer of Delta Air Lines web-site, among others. IMHO, FWIW.
