Fair enough, however, I have found that stops, as long as placed at the correct level, have almost always helped me maximize profits and minimize losses. I have only had one or two stops execute before another run-up , and I have made a lot of trades. Stops are one of the main reasons I prefer NASDAQ stocks over BB stocks. You should always have an exit point on a stock or else you will take big hits on losses as it seems many on this board have. There is always a good time to dump a loser, and sometimes even a good time to pick up one.
