The Nasdaq is testing the old January high of 2533, the left side of the cup. The Nasdaq 100 which has many of the leaders has already broken down into its base/cup below 2150, completing a likely failed breakout. Furthermore, the DOT is down 9% today. It's not uncommon for the DOT to correct 33-50 percent.
