If Waste Management comes through on a NATIONAL level, can you imagine? Still small OTC, but IMO, Harvey is no crook -- maybe a little over-excited with all the big company names in the PR, but if you were sitting on a tiny company that might be about to EXPLODE into a major cash cow, you'd probably exude a little excitement too, eh?
