Elane I am sitting on a stock that the Mafia got behind and they have all pled guilty. They also filed charges against the president of the company who says he is innocent, and gave up his position so the company could still trade. Well the SEC stopped trading for a few days while they looked at the books then decided they could trade. Well NASDAQ then stopped them even though the SEC found nothing wrong. The company has meet done all the requirement NASDAQ wanted, but NASDAQ keeps making excuses why they can not retrun. Meantime the company has done very well. Since then I have read several stories where CEO's have admitted to faking the books, inflating the price and all they get is fined and the companies can continue trading. Mr Hall's case has been in court now for about 3 weeks and has about 2 more months to go they think. Point being is he has been charged but not convicted while others have done wrong and can still trade. Guess the other guys have conections with Clinton and OJ
