Alliance Creates Total Solution That Is As Easy As 1-2-3

with Interland Hosting Service and SoftQuad Software, Inc. to offer a total solution for the creation of
online shopping websites. The one-stop shopping solution, Easy E-Commerce Gameplan, will be on
display at the Spring Internet World Conference in the SoftQuad Software booth (number 2546),
where one Gameplan will be given away each day in a raffle.

websites to be hosted on Interland's hosting service. Once the "shop" is established, ECX will
establish a merchant account so that users can accept credit cards. ECX also acts as the processing
service for online transactions.
