There is a much easier way. You buy a shell BB company for about 50 grand, do a private placement to raise enough capital to work with for a year, put out some phony press releases, hire a PR firm to tout the stock, and get somebody to run it up long enough to pull out about 3 million bucks.

Or maybe 5 million.

Or maybe 22 million.

You don't need any money, or products, or anything. All you have to do is break the law.
