DENVER, April 14 /PRNewswire/ -- New Era of Networks, Inc. (Nasdaq: NEON - news) announced today its Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) technology is a key component in IBM Commerce Integrator.
IBM Commerce Integrator, announced today, brings the power of reliable, industrial-strength integration technology to growing E-Businesses for IBM Net.commerce (http://www.software.ibm.com/commerce/net.commerce). NEON's Rules and Formatter engines, components of MQSeries Integrator, are embedded in the product to integrate disparate back-end applications.

Expands NEON's Distribution Partnership With IBM
The agreement between NEON and IBM's E-Commerce unit expands NEON's partnership with IBM. IBM sales representatives can now sell IBM Commerce Integrator and MQSeries Integrator, both of which generate royalties to NEON. NEON now has an additional development and distribution partnership with the separate E-Commerce business unit of IBM. NEON will continue to build the relationship it has with the Application Integration Middleware Software Group. IBM Commerce Integrator customers desiring full enterprise application integration will be able to upgrade to MQSeries Integrator.
