one thing that has been puzzleing me about this retail zips makin money and oem zips don't

think about it-
the cost of distributing 10,000 zips to comp usa stores is alot more cost intensive (packaging shipment, warehouse inventory)
then the same 10,0000 to dell-

IOM has said that they are selling some OEM for a lost - they never said this is permanent
and i bet that they have model to sell at a profit.

once iomega fully shifts to OEM model (hello this what they have been doing for the last 6 months)
