Brad, I am new to this thread, but just became a shareholder. Are you concerned about the litigation (class action lawsuit against the officers for misleading statements causing the stock to run up). If not, could you offer why? Also,looking at their balance sheet for the quarter just passed, I noticed that IDX had fairly high selling expenses compared to the amount of revenues. Is this ratio of selling expenses (selling, general, and adminstrative--$3.6 million) to revenue ($11.6 million) typical and expected at this stage of the company's development.
