Both stocks are at multiples in the low 20's (COMS @20, USRX @23). I think this merger is going to force the market to give them multiples at least in the 25-30 range. Even a 30 multiple is low for these companies and sector by historical standards. I just don't think that COMS is dead weight at a multiple of 20. At a multiple of 25, COMS is $50 which puts USRX at $87.5. I think we're going to see these prices real soon. I think higher prices are a very strong possibility.
