Anyone even considering investing in this company should read the following:

mercurycenter.com

Of particular interest:

"According to IPO documents NetObjects filed in February and March with the Securities and Exchange Commission, its audited results carry a ''going concern'' warning from accountants KPMG LLP. When a major accounting firm says it has ''substantial doubt'' as to a company's ability to continue operating, that means the company plans to use investors' money for one fundamental reason: survival."

And...

"Strange as it is that the following would be at the bottom of this list, NetObjects faces serious competition from, among others, Microsoft, which plans to update its competing FrontPage Web site ''authoring'' software in June. Yes, a company that is trying to sell shrink-wrap software against Microsoft is trying to go public."

''Our ability to continue as a going concern is dependent on the net proceeds of this offering,'' says the prospectus.

Whoa.
