New Wireless Product Launch at Internet World 1999
Brings Strong Endorsements
Throw the previous analyst numbers for IWM's wireless division out the
window. Infowave's latest product launch catapults the company intofront-
and-center-stage of the Blue Chip corporate IT marketplace. Industry
experts are raving about the newest product from Infowave Software,Inc.
The announcement is due Wednesday morning at the Internet World 1999
convention in Los Angeles.
Wireless Industry Guru, Andrew Seybold, showered Infowave with his
highest praises, "They really hit the mark with this wireless Intranet
product." The publisher of the OUTLOOK newsletter - one of the most
frequently quoted and widely read publication of its kind, said about
Infowave, "They developed a truly enterprise-ready wireless solution."
A current Infowave client, the chief engineer for a NYSE company that
delivers IT services to the U.S. government and Fortune 500 companies,
immediately endorsed the new product, "This fully encrypted wireless
connection will offer our mobile personnel secure access to ourIntranet
resources." adding, "(This product) will offer mobile workersincreased
productivity through real-time access to critical information."
Sources who yet to lead us wrong suggest this is just the start of the
effervesce over Infowave's new product. Until now, Infowave was tieddown
to Microsoft Outlook/Exchange. The new product is said to give you full
remote access to your computer, from wherever you are in North America.
You can be in Los Angeles and tap into your corporate computer in NewYork
and download the document. A salesman could be in the field and reachinto
his computer at home, to get that document. This should greatly expand
Infowave's corporate market penetration and seal their future success
as a major contender in the wireless data industry. More to come...
