Wade , Please refrain from grouping MRVC with companies such as bay, xyln, or cscc. There is no comparison worth makeing within the companies you mentioned. All this mumbo jumbo over MRVC being taken over at 38 is also horseshit. You whould have to pay at least 54/share. That is 27x 98eps of 2.00 or 54x 97eps of 1.00. Give the company some credit Wade last year net income was up 170%. Do you really believe MRVC is only growing as fast as the dim wit 2nd tier analysts who cover and continually low ball our growth estimate? If MRVC could be bought under 40 dollars / share it would already be called INTEL. My belief is all the press lately is grooming their image so intel dosent look Bad paying over 50 for mrvc. KOVICH
