Yes, I think I understand distribution on IATV, especially with the S3 filed with SEC...

There is another stock I am holding (should have listened to you) AFCI, that also appears to be suffering from distribution, but I can't find any SEC filings like an S3 that would explain where the extra shares are coming from...

Where else can these extra shares come from, that wouldn't require an SEC filing?? Or is there another kind of explanation that explains this chart that look an awful lot like IATV's chart today?
