My practical look (just from bubba's perspective) into latest developments is as follows: 1). Sony reps are in IOM's Utah compounds, and brought forth speculations. One of which is takeover. Another is incorporating Clik to Mavica. 2). If this were a real takeover possibility, the stock would have jumped, as they are pouring over the books. No jump means they could be looking at cooked books. 3). Speculation about incorporating Clik! to the Mavica is far fetched. Sony products are geared to practical and ease of use. The most likely scenario is Sony teaching IOM about developing practical products. Perhaps on IOM's new product development. That is positive and smart, i.e. joint development of new products.
