Dear fellow shareholders:

I am very pleased with my position now that I confirmed with Al Budai THAT INFACT the international rights are a done deal. The question now is whether the get the contract to manufacture the restraints. If anyone is priced to high, averaging down makes sense at these prices. Hang in there and your patience will be rewarded.
