AFCI has 53 million shares in the float. For a small cap that is like trying to do the backstroke in a puddle of glue. There is always more stock around than momentum can overcome. The only stocks I have seen beat floats like that are ATHM and BLDP (to a much smaller extent). More often, anything with a float over 10 million just drowns in shares on the Ask.
